DemoScan is built on a simple idea: the software you pay for should respect you. Your plans, your takeoffs, your business data — they belong to you, not to us, and not to any third party we haven't told you about.
We don't sell your data.
No advertising networks. No data brokers. No third-party analytics companies building profiles of you. The only parties with access to your information are the services that make DemoScan run — hosting, payment processing, error monitoring, AI analysis — and each of them is named in our Privacy Policy.
We don't train AI on your plans.
When DemoScan sends your plan pages to an AI model for analysis, that content is processed and returned. It is not used to train future AI models. Your drawings, your dimensions, your client's project details — none of it becomes training data.
You control retention.
You can delete any takeoff, any project, or your entire account at any time. Deletion is permanent — not a trash folder, not a grace period. You can also configure automatic deletion policies so uploaded files clean themselves up on your schedule.
We don't track you for advertising.
No behavioral analytics. No cross-site tracking pixels. No cookies sold to advertisers. We log what we need to keep DemoScan running — errors, usage volume, subscription status — and nothing more.
